During the Summer of 2018, one of our customers decided it was time to update the controls system for their building’s base building mechanical system. Since we maintain this building and more than (10) others for this client, they approached us to carry out the job. We then approached TSBA controls located in Long Island City and designed a control panel with them, which they subsequently built. Once this panel was fabricated and delivered to the job site our trained technicians installed it along with all the necessary relays, control wiring, and sensors. Within (1) day this outdated controls system was replaced and fully operational.
